Appointments

At A Royal Touch we always encourage our clientele to book well in advance.  We are very good however at filling our cancellations so call and ask just in case we have a spot for you!


Our clients enjoy the convenience of our booking system which can give you appointments of any frequency up to one year in advance! 

For frequent guests keep in mind you can save money by coming in every six weeks or less you qualify for our maintenance discount of 15%!


Maintenance Plan

Prebooking and visiting every six weeks or less qualifies you for a 15% discount. If you need to reshedule an appointment you will still receive your 15% off if you come in any day on the week which you are due.  It must be for the same dog every visit, and if you miss an appointment you forfeit your discount on your next visit.  Your discount will kick in again on the following appointment after that, providing you make it within six weeks.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments.  24 hours gives us enough time to call someone on our cancellation list and make them happy!  We offer our clients the courtesy of reminder calls the afternoon before your appointment.  If you cannot make it please let us know then so we don't have to wonder if you are coming the next day when it's 9:30 and most people have left for the day which makes it extremely difficult to fill your spot.  We are a small independantly owned company which depends on appointments being kept in order to run effectively.  We ask you to respect this by making your best efforts to come in for your appointments or giving us as much cancellation notice as possible.


No Show Policy

If you do not come in for an appointment without calling to cancel we call this a 'no-show'.  Clients who no-show an appointment will be charged a graduated fee, $10.00 first time, $15.00 second time, $25.00 third time and after this we will no longer book you appointments.  No-show appointments can be very damaging to a small business like ours.  For example one no-show a day can cost a business like ours $15,000.00 a year.  Usually once again by the time we realize you are not coming it is after 9AM, usually too late to fill your spot from our cancellation list.
